Chop chicken into cubes and remove fat as needed
Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic and spices into bowl
Place chicken in marinade and leave for 10-20 minutes
Chop onions and peppers
Remove chicken from marinade and place in separate bowl
Put onions and peppers in marinade
Place chicken, onions and peppers on skewers
Cook in oven at 200°C or griddle/grill on low heat until chicken is cooked through
